In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt informal negotiations for 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Singapore.
